Struck in 22-carat gold, this Sovereign coin features Benedetto Pistrucci’s iconic St George and the dragon design on the reverse and the portrait of King Charles III by Martin Jennings on the obverse.
Finished to bullion standard, each coin’s weight and purity are guaranteed by Royal Proclamation. Gold Sovereigns are exempt from VAT and Capital Gains Tax.
 
The 2025 Sovereign will be the last minted in the current rose gold (red) color before returning to traditional yellow gold in 2026. This special edition marks a significant moment in The Sovereign’s history.
 
The 2025 range will include the Double-Sovereign, Half-Sovereign, and Quarter-Sovereign.
