UK shipping. Insured delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery (typical next day after dispatch) or secure courier for higher values. Tracking is provided.

Dispatch times. Usually 1–2 business days after payment clears and any KYC checks complete.
Loss or damage.

We insure shipments until signed for at the delivery address. Report missing items within 48 hours of expected delivery.

Click & collect / storage. If using allocated vault storage, we will confirm allocation and provide statements on request.

Address changes. For security, we cannot change delivery address after checkout without additional verification.
