Products. We sell gold coins and bars. No financial advice is provided.

Orders. An order is accepted when we email confirmation. We may cancel if verification fails, payment is declined, or stock is unavailable.

Pricing. Prices are live and may change until checkout is complete.
KYC/AML. We may request and verify identity documents and run sanctions/PEP screening. We may refuse/undo transactions that breach law or policy.

Payment. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Charges appear as GOLDSTREAM. Chargebacks may incur investigation and restocking costs where appropriate.

Delivery/Storage. Insured delivery or allocated vault storage (details below). Risk passes on delivery or allocation notice.
