These Terms apply when you use the Goldstream website or purchase products or services from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Goldstream

Goldstream is a trading name of Goldstream Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16405806 (“Goldstream”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

We provide services relating to the purchase, ownership, storage, sale and delivery of physical gold bullion.

You must be 18 or over to purchase from Goldstream.

2. Physical Gold

Goldstream offers physical investment-grade gold, including UK legal-tender bullion coins and other selected bullion products.

Product images are illustrative and the appearance, year, packaging or presentation of a product may vary where stated in the relevant product description.

Goldstream does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Any information we provide is general information only.

3. Orders & Pricing

Gold prices can move continuously. Prices quoted by Goldstream reflect the prevailing gold market together with applicable product premiums, sourcing, storage or other charges disclosed to you.

A quotation may therefore be valid only for the period stated. Once we accept your order and confirm the price, that price becomes the agreed purchase price.

All orders remain subject to product availability, payment clearance and any required identity, anti-money laundering or compliance checks.

We may decline or cancel an order where payment fails, stock becomes unavailable, a pricing error is identified, required verification is not completed, or we reasonably believe completing the transaction would breach law or our compliance requirements.

4. Payment & Ownership

Payment must be made using an accepted payment method. We may require cleared funds before acquiring, allocating, storing or dispatching your gold.

Where gold is purchased for vaulted ownership, the relevant gold will be identified and recorded against your ownership records in accordance with the applicable storage and custody arrangements.

Your order confirmation and ownership records will provide the relevant details of your purchase.

5. Vault Storage

Where you choose vaulted ownership, your gold will be held through professional third-party vaulting arrangements and subject to the applicable custody, security, insurance and storage terms.

Storage charges, included storage periods and renewal arrangements will be disclosed as applicable to your purchase.

6. Delivery

Where delivery is available, gold will be sent using an appropriate secure and insured delivery service.

We may require additional identity or address verification before releasing high-value goods. Risk in physically delivered gold passes in accordance with the applicable delivery terms.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Buyback

Because bullion prices are linked to movements in financial markets, the usual right to cancel a distance purchase may not apply where the price depends on financial-market fluctuations outside our control. This is recognised within the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Your statutory rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods are unaffected.

Where Goldstream offers a buyback service, any offer will be based on the prevailing market price and the applicable product, condition, verification and buyback terms.

8. Gold Price & Risk

The value of gold can fall as well as rise. You may receive less when selling your gold than you originally paid, particularly after premiums, spreads, storage or other applicable costs.

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance. References to potential tax treatment, including Capital Gains Tax treatment of qualifying UK legal-tender coins, depend on applicable law and individual circumstances and may change.

9. AML & Verification

We may carry out identity, address, sanctions, PEP, source-of-funds and other checks where appropriate or required.

We may delay, refuse or cancel a transaction where information cannot be satisfactorily verified or where necessary to comply with legal or compliance obligations.

10. Website Use

We take reasonable care to keep information on our website accurate and current but cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, scrape protected content or use Goldstream's intellectual property without permission.

11. Liability & Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights. Goods supplied to consumers must, among other requirements, be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

12. Changes & Governing Law

We may update these Terms periodically. The version applicable to your purchase will be the version in force when your contract is formed, unless a change is required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Your statutory rights regarding where proceedings may be brought are unaffected.
