Refund & Cancellations

Refunds & Buy-Back (Physical Gold)

Before dispatch: You may cancel for a full refund up until we dispatch your order.

After dispatch: Change-of-mind refunds aren’t available due to live precious-metal pricing. If you wish to exit, use our Buy-Back below.

Faulty/damaged on arrival: Report within 48 hours with photos; we’ll replace or refund once inspected. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Fees: Refunds always return to the original payment method. If you cancel before dispatch, we may deduct non-recoverable third-party costs actually incurred (e.g., shipping already booked). No deduction where we’re at fault.

Cooling-off note: Because bullion prices fluctuate with the market, the standard 14-day cooling-off right doesn’t apply after dispatch.

Buy-Back Programme (Physical Gold)
We may, acting reasonably, repurchase eligible Goldstream products at the live bid price minus our published buy-back fee (and any assay/handling where applicable). We may decline where any of the following apply: failed/pending AML/KYC; suspected fraud, sanctions or chargeback risk; product not as described, damaged, tampered, counterfeit or lacking provenance; items outside the programme (e.g., some proof/graded coins); market disruption; legal/regulatory restrictions; item reported lost/stolen. This does not affect your rights for faulty goods.

Shipping & Delivery (Physical Gold)
Insured delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery or secure courier for higher values. Dispatch typically 1–2 business days after payment clears and any checks complete. We insure shipments until signed for at your delivery address.
