We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of anti-money laundering and anti-fraud prevention and therefore in limited circumstances, or where we are under a duty to share your personal data in order to comply with a legal obligation, we may share your information with certain law enforcement and fraud protection agencies, credit reference bureaus or credit risk reduction.

When CRAs receive a search from us they will place asearch footprint on your credit file that may be seen by other lenders. They will supply to Gold Stream both public (including the electoral register) and shared credit and fraud prevention information.

Gold Stream may make searches of records at FPAs who may provide information about other applications made and any data recorded; They will record information about your application so that other users of the agencies may use the information in making their decisions.

Intellectual Property Rights

Gold Stream owns all present and future copyright, registered and unregistered trademarks, design rights, unregistered designs, database rights and all other present and future intellectual property rights and rights in the nature of intellectual property rights existing in or in relation to the Gold Stream Website 

A Participant shall retain ownership of all copyright in data it uploads or submits to the Site. Each Participant, however, grants us a world-wide exclusive, royalty-free, non-terminable licence to use, copy, distribute, publish and transmit such data in any manner.

Gold Stream does not warrant or represent that the content of the Site does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Though Gold Stream will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Site. Any Data transmission is at your own risk.

However, we use sophisticated website encryption technology to protect sensitive data that you submit to us online. We use this technology to reduce the risk of your data being intercepted by unauthorised persons during transmission.
